A Short Drive from Langley — A World Away from “Fitness Culture”
Repattern isn’t your average retreat or fitness class.
It’s an immersive experience that combines:
Functional movement rooted in alignment and mobility
Real-time nervous system regulation using principles from polyvagal theory
Somatic practices that reconnect you with breath, awareness, and rhythm
This isn’t about trying harder. It’s about coming home to yourself — and feeling supported while you do it.

For Langley Folks Who Want More Than Just “Fitness”
You’ll feel at home at Repattern if you:
Want to reconnect with your body after burnout, stress, or disconnection
Are curious about how your nervous system shapes your energy, motivation, and movement
Feel like conventional workouts or wellness spaces leave something out
Crave grounded, embodied strength without the performance pressure
Are ready for something deeper than a “reset” — something that helps you sustain real change
How Repattern Works
We designed Repattern for people who want more than a bandaid — people who want to build strength and awareness in tandem.
By combining functional fitness with nervous system work, you’ll learn how to:
Notice the subtle cues of stress before they take over
Move in a way that supports safety, not just stamina
Build strength that lasts because it’s rooted in presence, not punishment
This is the kind of movement that carries over — into how you show up in your relationships, your work, and your daily rhythms.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not directly — it’s located in Abbotsford, but just 30–40 minutes from most parts of Langley. It’s a great choice if you want something close by without staying overnight.
-
You don’t need to be “fit,” but you do need a basic level of physical ability. The day includes a moderate forest hike and a full-body movement session, so some foundational strength, mobility, and cardio capacity is helpful. That said, everything is scalable. You’ll be encouraged to move in ways that feel supportive for your body, and there’s no expectation of perfection or performance. This retreat is designed for people who are curious about movement — not experts in it.
-
Comfortable movement clothes, a water bottle, supportive shoes for hiking and fitness, bathing suit, towel and layers for warmth (especially post-sauna or plunge). Morning snacks, lunch and all exercise equipment provided.
-
We get it. This retreat was designed to feel grounding, not performative. It’s not about wellness culture or curated identity — it’s about honest, intelligent movement in a thoughtful space. Come as you are. No pressure. Just presence.
-
Mini Training sessions with Anna ($75 for 20 minutes) focus on movement alignment, conditioning, or personalized feedback.
Mini Integration sessions with Danielle ($75 for 20 minutes) offer space to process anything emotional, mental, or somatic that comes up.
Sign-up will be available on-site during the retreat — first come, first served.
-
Yes — the day is intentionally spacious. You’ll have time between sessions to eat, integrate, rest, or sign up for 1:1 support. We’ve structured the retreat to honour both movement and stillness.
-
No. While Danielle is a clinical counsellor and brings a trauma-informed, somatic lens to her work, this retreat is not therapy. Repattern is an experiential, movement-based offering designed to support embodiment, self-awareness, and connection. It’s not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. If deeper emotional material arises during the retreat, you’ll be supported with grounding tools and the option to book a short integration session — but the space is not intended to process trauma in a clinical way.
