Allison has her Masters degree of Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle. Her goal is to meet her clients where they are with a compassionate approach to healing. Her passion is to help nurture her clients strengths, and transform their adversity into learning and growth. She approaches therapy through a person-centered, trauma-informed, narrative therapy lens to help explore, and unpack her clients’ stories in a non-judgmental, safe space. Allison considers the uniqueness of her client’s relationships, family, community and culture that impact their experiences and trauma. She has experience working with children, youth, families and couples from different demographics.

Allison has a love for travel, and has had the opportunity to travel in many parts of the world, including Japan, Europe, U.S, and all across Canada. In her downtime, you can find her spending time with her family & friends, playing with her rescue dog, listening to music, and watching shows on Netflix.
