We work with a diversity of issues and the effects of traumatic life experiences - such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relational issues - but the way that we do therapy is always informed by our foundational understanding of trauma and how it impacts our brains, bodies, lives and relationships. We are unified in our approaches to counselling and our commitment to seeing our clients’ lives changed for the better.

We are passionate about pairing people with the perfect counsellor and getting them the quality counselling they deserve. We put a priority on the relationship between therapist and client.

Life is complicated and people are complex, so we don’t take a “one-size-fits-all approach.” We understand that to help you, we need to really understand you - your present circumstances, your previous experiences, and your desired future — and build an individualized counselling treatment plan for your unique strengths, challenges, and goals.

We believe in being effective and ethical. If we don’t have a counsellor that specializes in the issues you’re looking for help with, we are happy to connect you with counsellors in our community that do.
