Denea Maughan Associate Counsellor (MA, RCC)

Denea offers clients a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy. She provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their challenges and integrate new strategies and ways of coping. Denea is trained in EMDR and also draws upon her training and knowledge in emotion-focused, strength-based, and person-centred care.

Denea has experience with clients seeking support for a range of challenges including childhood trauma and attachment or relational injuries. Denea is passionate about helping clients process what weighs them down, so that they can begin to live a life aligned with their unique gifts, values, and dreams. In her downtime, Denea can be found playing with her children, walking her dog, or curled up with a good book.
