Who Jamie Works With
Children who are navigating emotional outbursts, family conflict, or transitions at school. Jamie helps children build emotional awareness, develop coping skills, and feel more confident in themselves. Her approach includes working closely with caregivers to support the child’s nervous system, behaviour, and voice in a collaborative way.
Youth and young adults who are facing anxiety, identity exploration, academic pressure, or relational stress. Jamie supports teens and young adults in finding clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Her work helps them navigate complex life stages while developing tools for self-regulation and emotional resilience.
Adults who are moving through grief, life transitions, neurodivergence, or relational patterns Jamie offers a compassionate, structured space for adults to better understand their inner world, build capacity, and realign with their values and goals.
Families who are seeking more easeful connection, clearer communication, or support through conflict. She is especially skilled at supporting families impacted by ADHD, school-related stress, or difficulty accessing public services.
