Audrey Carriere Clinical Counsellor (MA, RCC)

Audrey offers her clients the freedom to explore their challenges without judgement, utilizing a holistic, person-centered approach.   She has extensive experience working in the medical field and has received training in both the domains of physical and mental health. Audrey has also received advanced training in EMDR and provides trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy.   She understands and values the links between physical and mental health and utilizes her training to guide clients through their nervous system responses. 

Audrey's experience and non-judgemental nature help foster connection with her clients by building trust and respect, and she encourages anyone who is having a hard time to seek support. She  has worked with clients of various sexual orientations, cultures and  spiritual beliefs. She also enjoys working with clients learning to navigate their neurodivergence and/or who are struggling with the everyday demands of life. In her spare time, Audrey enjoys going hiking with her dog and spending time with her family.
