Laura is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. With over 16 years of experience, she provides online therapy to adults across British Columbia who are seeking meaningful, evidence-based support for trauma, emotional distress, and personal growth.

Her approach is warm, client-centered, and strengths-based. Laura creates a safe therapeutic environment where clients can explore difficult experiences without judgment and begin to move toward healing and integration.
